What is Private Coaching and how it works
When you come to a private coaching session, the very first step is always to make sure that your topic is truly a coaching topic or whether another type of professional support would serve you better. This is an essential part of creating a safe, responsible and effective journey for you.

Every coaching process begins with a short, complimentary consultation. During this call, we clarify your topic, explore the most effective way to approach it, and determine whether it truly fits within coaching — or if another type of professional support would serve you better.

Step 2.
If your topic is suitable for coaching, we can begin the five‑session process, where we focus directly on your personal change, finding your direction, and discovering your own solutions. During the first session, we set off on this path together: we define your goals and establish the direction of your progress.

Step 3.
The second, third, and fourth sessions are where the real work happens. This is where we explore your topic in depth, uncover the underlying patterns, and identify the tools and methods that will help you achieve the best possible results. These sessions can take place weekly or every two weeks, always aligned with your pace and the natural rhythm of the process.

Step 4.
At the end of the process, we conclude with a final session where we summarize everything you have achieved. We review the results, bring awareness to the changes that have taken place, and reinforce the direction you want to continue moving in. This is where we make sure that your progress is not just temporary, but something that supports and sustains you in the long run.
